Leonard Fong
International Financier
Ph.D. in International Finance from Stafford University, London, England

Mr. Fong brings over 35 years of extensive experience as an investor, asset manager, officer, senior executive, and director in the financing market, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to working as an advisor to Thinkubator, Mr. Fong previously served as Chief Financial Officer for American Resource Corporation, a tar sands operation facility, located in Utah.

From 1985-2004, Mr. Fong served as CFO of Cheong Tat Corporation, an investment holding company, which managed $16 billion in assets.

In 1985, Mr. Fong founded and was the Chairman of the Board and President of Applied Equities, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada and New York City, New York. For Applied Equities, Inc., Mr. Fong managed personal investment portfolios for both individual and corporate clients and oversaw the daily operations. Mr. Fong also provided the services of investment advisor, arranged underwriting for corporate clients through public offerings, and managed a staff of twenty-nine employees. In 1996, Applied Equities, Inc. was changed to Cheong Tat Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, which holds substantial equity in a number of operating companies in the United States, Hong Kong, and China.

Cheong Tat Corporation trades stocks, bonds, and commodities, manages investment portfolios and acts as a consultant and financial advisor for a number of individuals, corporations, and U.S. and foreign banks. Cheong Tat Corporation has been successful in taking companies public and arranging financing through underwriting. Cheong Tat Corporation has also assisted American companies in setting up business inside China, arranged joint ventures, manufacturing, marketing, and credit lines. As the CEO, Mr. Fong built Cheong Tat Corporation into an asset-managing firm, which currently manages $16 billion in assets.

Mr. Fong has a Ph.D. in International Finance from Stafford University, London England (2000) and a MBA from Stafford University, London England (1987).
