Mr. William Bookout represents over 25 years of experience as a business executive and entrepreneur, demonstrating a proven track record for success in both the human and animal healthcare industries.

Mr. Bookout is the Founder of Genesis Limited, a global animal supplements company. Before founding Genesis, Mr. Bookout spent 15 years in the human medical device and animal healthcare industries. Mr. Bookout’s pivotal roles included executive positions with Medex Medical, the All-Care Animal Referral Center (a specialty referral veterinary hospital), AnaMed International, and Director of Sales & Marketing for Marquest Medical Products.

As Mr. Bookout’s career progressed, he recognized the critical need for an animal supplement industry foundation focused on responsible conduct. Therefore, in 2001, Mr. Bookout established the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC), a non-profit trade association. Mr. Bookout currently serves as the NASC Chairman of the Board, representing 90% of the $1.4 billion animal nutrition and health supplement industries.

Prior to entering the animal healthcare arena, Mr. Bookout held several executive level positions in both the human medical device and pharmaceutical fields. Responsible for global strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and product development teams, Mr. Bookout advanced numerous product lines from concept to commercialization, consistently exceeding both top line revenue and bottom line profit projections across market segments.

Since 2002, Mr. Bookout has been regarded as a forward thinking authority and negotiator, successfully engaging both Federal and State regulatory agencies. In this capacity, Mr. Bookout directed a number of responsible conduct programs, including Good Manufacturing Practice Standards, Adverse Event Reporting, Labeling, and Scientific Oversight.

Mr. Bookout contributes an immensity of knowledge and expertise to Thinkubator and its portfolio holdings. Mr. Bookout’s particular experience with nutritional supplement quality and regulatory issues provides a considerable resource to the Thinkubator Team.
