Mr. Arnie Katz is a stalwart professional, a man who has been both the founder of successful startups and the creative force responsible for entirely new divisions of well established companies. With over 40 years of leadership in sales, sales management, marketing, and administration, Mr. Katz has delivered remarkable results for the entertainment, food, financial, and healthcare industries.

Mr. Katz began his career as a sales agent for PFL Insurance. A prodigy, he was quickly promoted to District Manager in that same year, and then recruited as a District Manager for National Health Insurance less than two months after that. Continuing to produce impressive returns, Mr. Katz became Division Manager for Mega Life and Health. Here, he leveraged his considerable recruiting, training, and motivational skills to create an elite staff of 112 of the finest agents in the industry. As a result of his impressive efforts, Mr. Katz and his team won every single competition and contest that Mega Life and Health sponsored for the duration of his tenure.

Moving on, Mr. Katz accepted the role of Area Marketing Director for FHP International Corporation. At FHP, he personally designed, developed, and implemented a comprehensive accounting and sales tracking system to facilitate the inception of the company’s individual sales program. Further, he designed the training, recruiting, motivational, and incentive compensation programs for all sales agents, becoming FHP’s top producer in the nation. Soon after, Mr. Katz was promoted to National Marketing and Sales Director, responsible for operations in all 18 states the company operated in.

During his time with FHP International Corporation, Mr. Katz’s unit added more than 100,000 new members to the company’s HMO, developed and managed a sales force of over 5,000 agents nationwide, and was personally responsible for over $130 million dollars in additional revenue. He continued his success through two mergers with TakeCare Inc. and then Pacificare.

Additionally, Mr. Katz founded Choice Benefit Services, LLC, a full-service, independent provider of health and life insurance for individuals and small groups.

Currently President and CEO of Venture Support Group, LLC, Mr. Katz dedicates himself to elevating and marketing business ventures in the San Diego area and around the world.
